This course begins September 15th, right after the Ananda College in-person intensive is over. This is an Asynchronous Course, meaning you can take this course on your own time. You’ll watch training videos, talks, participate in online meditations, and get a short weekly quiz. Plan to spend 3-hours per week taking this course. You will also be applying what you learn to your daily life

- Energization Exercises for developing willpower and life force control as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda
- Prayer, chanting and visualization for focusing the mind on the Divine
