This is part 2 of the course that began in September. Starting in January, 2023 to April, 2023. This is an Asynchronous Course, meaning you can take this course on your own time. You’ll watch training videos, talks, participate in online meditations, and get a short weekly quiz. Plan to spend 3-hours per week taking this course. You will also be applying what you learn to your daily life and advancing toward preparation to receive Kriya Yoga Initiation if you have been successfully practicing these meditation techniques.
