This online course is an ideal way to bring positive change into your life. Using the power of affirmations, the instructors will work together to help you create a dynamic change for the new year. They use innovative exercises, and help you to create your own powerful affirmations.

Your instructors are David and Karin LaBriere, longtime Yogananda yoga and meditation practitioners who are supportive and sensitive to their students’ needs. Working together, they teach in a dialogue style that is both compassionate and humorous. David is a Life Coach for time management, goal clarification, and small business; Karin is a former instructor of Tai chi and energy work at Clark College in Vancouver, Washington.
