(Age fifty- five and beyond)

(Note—the last two classes will both be 120 minutes long.)
Time: 8:00 – 9:30 A.M. PST (Pacific Standard Time)
Cost: $600

Instructor: Kathleen Benson

This course is dedicated to providing a spiritual understanding of what is happening in the world and how one can still achieve their dreams regardless of age and world conditions.

You will be introduced to the Yugas, the study of the cycles of time, specifically Dwapara Yuga (The age of energy) and how this is shifting the world as we have known it.

You will learn about one’s personal Akashic records and how those can be a guide to help you achieve what you have come into this life to achieve, regardless of your chronological age.

Along with Dwapara Yuga and Akashic records, students will be introduced to the science of their spiritual anatomy and how cultivating its energy can transform their life.

In this class we will draw on the teachings of many great spiritual leaders including Paramhansa Yogananda, Buddha, Jesus Christ and a few contemporary teachers such as, Thich Nhat Hanh, Frank Ostaseski and Dr. Joe Dispenza.

Regardless of your chronological age, it is never too late to cultivate the inner jewels known as love, peace, calmness, joy, wisdom, creativity, laughter, inner happiness and a state of wholeness.

This will be both a learning and sharing group that provides unconditional positive regard, compassion and support for each participant’s current life challenges and situations.

We will meet for eight weeks in order to learn, share, support and begin to achieve the inner changes that will serve you on the rest of your inner journey and beyond.

Forest Dwellers: Based on The Four Stages of Yoga, How to Lead a Fulfilling Life”, the Forest Dweller is the third stage of life. During this stage, new goals may emerge, and deeper wisdom achieved before the final stage of life.

You will learn:

  • Dwapara Yuga and the Cycles of Time
  • Akashic Records; Your Guide to Life’s Fulfillment
  • Vedic Astrology; A Roadmap to Inner Success
  • Chakras, Energy Centers that Bring Bliss
  • The Science of Stress
