It is about living with inspiration and seeing the world anew! Superconscious Living means living with Joy and finding success in whatever you decide to do.
These teachings have changed my life and the lives of countless others, including many of my close friends. My main teacher and source of inspiration is Paramhansa Yogananda. Widely regarded as the “Father of Yoga in the West”, Yogananda was a came to the United States in 1920, spending the rest of his life traveling about the country giving lectures and classes on Yoga, Meditation and Superconscious Living.
Now, after 10 years of studying and applying his teachings to my life it is my desire to share his message with you!
This course includes a combination of lectures, written text and guided techniques. The companion book, Yogic Foundations Workbook, will help you to integrate what you are learning into your daily life. Additionally, included at the end of the course there is also a full guided session to give you an example of what a typical meditation flow might look like.
I encourage you to watch the videos, study the written lessons and of course keep up with your workbook as best as you can. More importantly, practice what you learn! It is not enough to read or watch a video, you must experience the Superconscious Mind!
